Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Flagbearer Telegram bot and Mini App. By signing up you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older and use your own Telegram account. One Flagbearer account per person, and each social media account can be linked to only one Flagbearer member.

Perks

• Perks are points you earn by completing tasks and referring members, and spend on campaigns for your own posts.
• Perks have no cash value. They can’t be bought, sold, withdrawn or transferred to other members.
• We may change how many perks tasks earn and campaigns cost. Changes apply to new tasks and campaigns, not ones already running.
• If a campaign is rejected or stopped, unspent perks go back to its owner. Perks earned by breaking these terms may be removed.

Tasks and proofs

• Only complete a task if you really did it, with your own social account.
• Proof screenshots must be your own, unedited and taken for that task. Reused or edited screenshots are rejected.
• Don’t undo an engagement (unfollow, unlike, delete a comment) after being credited for it.

Appeals and screenshot deletion

• Perks for a task are credited when you upload your screenshot. We may later take them back if the task wasn’t really done or was undone.
• You have 3 days to appeal a decision about a task, counted from when the perks were credited or, if they were taken back, from when that happened. Appeal through Feedback in the Mini App or /support in the bot.
• Your screenshot is permanently deleted when those 3 days end, even if an appeal is still open, and it can’t be recovered. We decide appeals made in time using the screenshot while it still exists; once it’s deleted, the credit or take-back stands and can’t be appealed.
• If you undo an engagement later (for example, unfollow), we may still take those perks back. That starts a new 3-day appeal window, and the bot tells you why.

Campaigns

• Campaigns are reviewed before they go live. You must own, or have the right to promote, the content you link to.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, or that breaks a social platform’s rules. We may reject, pause or stop any campaign.
• Flagbearer connects members who choose to engage; we don’t guarantee any number of followers, views or sales.

Your social media accounts

You’re responsible for following each platform’s own rules. Verifying an account only lets us read its public profile; we never post or act on your behalf.

Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or remove accounts that cheat, harass other members or break these terms, and remove perks earned that way. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

The service

Flagbearer is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your balance accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for actions of other members or social platforms.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here and tell members about important changes through the bot. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: email info@flagbearer.tech or message us on Telegram.
